Hello! I'm Liam, an award winning Design Lead with expertise in retouching and creative design.

 

In the 14+ years I’ve spent working professionally as a designer, I’ve evolved my craft across the full spectrum of corporate design: working on the end-to-end process of advertising (concepting, retouching, UI ) through to delivery whilst balancing business goals and ensuring I deliver positive outcomes. I have extensive experience in TV, print, digital and social media as well as leading rebranding and design efforts for large-scale, corporate identity systems.

 

Great design is a passion of mine and I’ve been lucky enough to turn it into my career. Interested in all aspects of design, I spend much of my spare time staying up-to-date with the latest trends and practices.

 

I’ve spent the past five years as a Head of Design developing and managing a team of designers.  As my career has progressed to management, I’ve always ensured I remain hands on and lead by example; setting the standards for my team to follow from concept though to final delivery. I’ve had alot of rewarding experience in hiring, training, and mentoring talent.
